Sweet Cream Cheese Filling is a heavenly addition to sweet baked treats.
You can add it to the middle of muffins and danish or place a layer of it in the middle of your favorite lemon bars.
Sweet Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 – 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine filling ingredients and mix until smooth.
Depending on what you’re using the filling for, sometimes it can be easier to place it in a pastry bag so you can direct where it goes.
This works great as a topping on grilled fruit, in cobblers, muffins, and other pastries!
