How to Make Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
Place ingredients in a saucepan. Turn heat on to medium and cook until the sugar has dissolved. The water will be clear. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
This is great to have on hand for making lemonade, ice tea, and cocktails.
