How to Make Acai Bowls

Makes 2-4 servings.

  • 12 ounces frozen mixed berries
  • 2  100-gram packages of frozen acai berries, broken up
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2-3/4 cup apple juice or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (replace with juice or non-dairy milk for vegan option)
  • Toppings such as drizzled honey, fresh berries, seeds, or coconut

Place berries, acai, banana, and juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add a little extra juice if needed. Add yogurt. Turn blender down to low and blend just until yogurt is mixed in.

Divide equally between two or four bowls.

Drizzle top with yogurt or honey if you like. Add fresh berries or other desired toppings.
