Fig Vinaigrette Dressing

Fig Vinaigrette Dressing

A fun change-up from a typical salad dressing and make a tasty dip for a charcuterie board.

Fig Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 dried figs (or 2 stemmed fresh figs)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Dash of coarse ground pepper

Place all dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until it comes together as a lovely dressing. To make this a dip for a grazing board, just add a couple of extra figs.
