Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

This Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing is light and flavorful salad dressing is so easy to make and great to keep on hand!

Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard or dijon mustard (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar with a lid and shake well to emulsify the dressing. Use right away or keep refrigerated for future use. Shake again each time before use.
