White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

White Chocolate Peppermint Bark is a beautiful treat for the holidays.

White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • 1 12-ounce package red Wilton candy melts
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 4 regular candy canes, crushed

Melt white chocolate in the microwave in a glass bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals and stir in between each interval until each is fully melted. While the white chocolate melts, place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

Smear the white chocolate onto the lined pan. Then chill while you melt the red candy melts.

Stir peppermint extract into the red candy melts.

Spread the red love all over the white chocolate evenly.

Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy canes all over the red chocolate layer. Place candy in the fridge to chill again until hard (about 10 minutes or so).

Finally, carefully separate the candy from the parchment paper and break it into small pieces.
