Taco Seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon jalapeño or chipotle powder (optional for spicy heat)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (high-quality so it’s not too spicy or bitter)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

Place everything in a jar. Top with a lid and shake!

Use just as you would store-bought seasoning… only, you know, with the pride of having made it yourself. Great job!

If you like it super spicy, just add extra chipotle powder or jalapeño powder.

You can also keep on hand for sprinkling whenever you like.
