Long Island Ice Tea

Long Island Ice Tea. Watch out for this tall drink. It’s more powerful than it seems. You’re all good and then wham!

Long Island Ice Tea

This recipe makes 2 (strong) cocktails.

  • 1-ounce vodka
  • 1-ounce rum
  • 1-ounce gin
  • 1-ounce tequila
  • 2 ounces triple sec
  • 2 ounces sweet & sour mix (or sour mix)
  • 12 ounces Coca-cola or similar soda, chilled

Fill two 20-ounce glasses with ice.

Pour a half-ounce of vodka, rum, and gin into each glass.

Add one ounce of triple sec and sweet & sour mix to each glass. Stir to help chill the alcohol.

Top off with the soda.

Serve layered but stir before drinking.

This cocktail has everything except tea in it so be sure to take it slow& easy and drink responsibly!
