When I arrived in Portland for one of my visits, my dear friends had given me a gift of Pizzicato Pizza.
I judge a pizza by its crust… then its sauce… then the cheese… then the other toppings.
As my friends predicted, I was pleased. And, although I am pretty much held together by gluten, there are gluten free options for my GF friends. Yay!
