Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

This Cranberry Jalapeño Dip is as beautiful as it is yummy.

And it’s easy to make.

Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

  • 4 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eight-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 – 2 Jalapeños, minced

Place cranberries in a saucepan with lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir while cooking over medium-high heat. Once it begins to boil, reduce heat to low and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes or until saucy and thick. Cool cranberry sauce to room temperature.

Place cream cheese, salt, Jalapeño, and cranberry sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well, preferably, with an electric stand or hand mixer. If you like spicy food, you can add another Jalapeño.

Serve with fancy crackers.
