Glaze can be used for savory foods and desserts. Once you’ve tried it, it’ll become a kitchen staple – just like vanilla.

Use it on fresh fruit, salads, chicken, pizza… the possibilities are endless, baby!

Balsamic Glaze

  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (pure maple syrup is best) or honey

Place balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes or until it reduces to half the amount.

Stir in the maple syrup or honey.

Set aside to cool.

If you make it with maple syrup, it’s good to refrigerate it; but, the glaze doesn’t have to be refrigerated if you make it with honey. Just store in a glass container with a lid.
